Legacy Links Golf

brings competitive golf and big prize money to amateurs in western mass.

What’s not to love as amateur golfers across Massachusetts and surrounding states compete in a series of 4 tournaments at private and top tier public courses for a season long points race to Legacy Player of The Year!

Also up for grabs is *maximum USGA prize money, up to $1000 per event, awarded to winners and huge prizes for other finishing places! (Payouts will depend on the size of the field in any given event.)

Our live leaderboard, innovative scoring systems, collaborative community and online shop are just a few reasons that members love Legacy Links Golf and will continue coming back for years to come.

How it all started.

Any avid golfer can relate to that buzzing feeling that pulses through your body when you have a tee-time set for early the next morning. The weather is going to be 78 degrees and sunny, no wind. Your playing with your 3 best mates.

LET’S GO!

I had a day like this in 2022, playing one of my favorite local courses (Greenfield CC) and shot a personal best 76 with a hole-in-one on the uphill Par 3 15th hole. If I didn’t have the “golf bug” yet, I sure did after that round.

Fast forward a year, my dad turned 55 and started to play in the senior events in Mass and qualified for the US Senior Open in Omaha. What a life changer as he started competing all across the Northeast and Europe and he trusted me on his bag as his caddie.

It was during these events that I realized how amazing this game of golf is, and just how stimulating competitive golf events can be.

In late 2024 after caddying an event, I decided that I wanted more competitive golf in my life, competitive golf that can’t be found through a regular club membership or occasional scramble. That’s when Legacy Links Golf was born.

our mission

  • To make sure you always have a tee-time planned with your best mates

  • Play new amazing courses that you might never get to play outside the series

  • Create a fun and competitive environment where golfers of all handicaps can compete against players of similar skills

  • Develop a “Fedex” like model (trust me it’s better) where points carry throughout the year to crown someone into Player of the Year
